What are your go-to Summer essential oils?
My personal favourite Summer essential oils are the citrus-y ones. Seriously, give me all the citrus. That juicy smell of lime and the sweet, fresh smell of lemon make my mouth water!
When it comes to signature Summer scents, anything fresh and bright and high-noted is a winner. Think citrus (yum), herbs, florals and mint.
These Summer essential oils blends will have you soaking in the season in no time. And thanks to our olfactory triggers, if you use these oils regularly over the Summer, just a whiff of them later in the year, when Summer is long behind us, will take you back in an instant.

Diffusing Summer Essential Oils Blends
Diffusing is an extremely popular way to use essential oils. If you don’t have a diffuser yet (or, like me, you have a bit of a diffuser addiction and constantly feel the need for more!) check out these wonderful options.
This pretty lace-look design would make a lovely little addition to any room of your house this Summer.
This shimmery Himalayan salt lamp diffuser is seriously pretty and has 7 different colour options for the light.
This white marble-look diffuser is modern and elegant.
This sweet little lotus mini ceramic diffuser reminds me of the spa.
And I just love simple the look of this classic-style diffuser.
For the car, this waterless wooden diffuser is super convenient.
These vent clip diffusers are also a great, easy option to keep in the car.
And this USB car diffuser is designed to sit in your cup holder and diffuse while you drive.

Summer Roller
Create a signature Summer scents roller that will deliver all those sunshiney vibes every time you apply it. Just add 20-30 drops of essential oil to a roller bottle (these rainbow ones are my favourite), top with fractionated coconut oil, and roll on your wrists, neck and chest every time you need a fresh Summery hit!
(I even saw a DIY on Family Focus Blog that suggested adding tiny beach shells to your roller bottle and I am soooo into that!)
Air Freshener
Spritz Summer vibes around your home to your heart’s content with this easy DIY! Simply add 30 drops of essential oil to a misting spray bottle, top with distilled water, and shake before each use. Your toilet will be a sweet little Summer haven in no time!
Linen Spray
Go to sleep dreaming of beach days and balmy nights by spritzing your pillow with a little Summer goodness. Linen spray is simple to make – just add 20-30 drops of essential oil to a spray bottle, top with vodka (it evaporates so it won’t leave marks or stains when it dries) and voila! Linen spray.
